Census and Demographics
TWRI maintain information about the demographic structure of Tyne and Wear and its constituent wards, including estimates and projections of its population, households and labour force, as well as assessments of births, deaths and migration patterns. Regional and national comparisons are undertaken where possible. TWRI has detailed data from successive Censuses of Population (most recent 2001). Analyses from these data sets can be supplied.
